SSL VPN Connection Problems (no traffic on port 443)

Hello all,

I have a problem with a new ASG v7.104. I cannot get the SSL VPN client to make a connection. I am basically getting an error that says "connect to [my ip address]:443 failed, will try again in 5 seconds: Connection timed out (WSAETIMEDOUT)". 

What make this worse is that when the end user portal is set on port 443 (as it is by default), I can't hit the portal. However, when I change it to another port, I can access it just fine. This indicates a problem with all of my port 443 traffic but my ISP swears up and down my T1 router/access device is in bridge mode and all traffic is being passed directly to the firewall.

Is there anything else that I have overlooked that could be an issue? Or, am I not getting any 443 traffic because of my ISP? My full SSL connection log is attached.

    Sorry to bump but I still have not been able to resolve this. My ISP did verify that traffic is being routed the firewall properly but that the port on the firewall closed. Any help is much appreciated
