Conflicting VPN Resource and Remote Networks

I'm having a problem where the vpn client is hosted on a 192.168.x.0/24 network locally, and I have  resources that are currently on a 192.168.x.0/24 network.

I'm guessing I will need specific routes setup to accommodate users with a conflicting network address? How would I go about this or does anyone have any suggestions for handling clients that have a duplicate network?

    Since VPN resources are finite i would imagine this could be taken care of by performing the following:
    set vpn hosts to use the astaro as their dns resources
    set the astaro forwarders to whatever internal dns you plan on using
    *have the astaro return specific dns entries you can set
    setup NAT for the vpn resources with a source address of the VPN pool *matching the returned DNS from the astaro.

    At this point all of this seems pretty straight forward.  I don't have to change my network and neither do they.  The only part missing is wheather or not I can get the astaro to return different dns results than those that would be provided from my regular dns servers but only for the vpn clients?
