Setup of pptp for my new iphone was pretty easy.
astaro:
Just add a user (usr1) with password (pwd1).
RemoteAccess->PPTP
Authenticaton: Local
Users: usr1
Assign IP addr by: IP address pool
PoolNetwork: VPN Pool (PPTP)
in iphone:
einstellungen (setup) -> Allgemein -> Netzwerk -> VPN
PPTP
Server: external-astaro-address or hostname
Account: usr1
RSA-SecurID: off
Kennwort: pwd1
Verschluesselung: maximal
Datenverkehr: on
Proxy: aus
Sometimes it works, sometimes not
