We are currently running V 7.009 with clients using the mac 10.4 OS.
PPTP is configured and works for many of our employees. But some will have varying levels of connection success. Sometimes they will be able to connect, stay connected, but then also get randomly disconnected.
Normal error messages returned are :
'the network configuration has changed'
'connection was terminated by the communication device'
It seems like this may be dependent upon what ISP they have? Or potential router configurations on their end? Open ports?
Just not sure why some would have great connectivity then others have none or random success.
I'm clearly new to setting up VPN so some basic configuration advice would be greatly appreciated.
