SSL VPN client disappeared from time to time

This already happened to most of my remote users with SSL VPN. When they try to connect via the traffic light looking icon from the toolbar it says it's already running (the Astaro client). Also the little stop light gets disappeared from my the tool bar.

Please advice.

    kill the openvpn-gui  executable under the process tab via task manager under windows and then restart the VPN software and then clicking connect on the system tray icon. Otherwise the client can reboot and start the astaro client so it bring it back to the system tray.

    HELP!  I downloaded and installed the windows client software (that thing with the little stoplight) but I can't remember how to download the software again to install on another machine?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Connect to the user portal and login as the user.  There you can download the client along with the digital cert to connect with.
