Site2Site VPN v7 - v6

Has anyone already tried to set up a site2site vpn between a v6 and a v7 using the predefined policies and x509?

would appreciate if someone can point me to the right directions (step-by-step)?!?

    I have setup a main site with ASG 120-V7.101 and 2 other same HW/FW and a third V6.3?? running on a P4 Dual core Intel box.  I'm having issues with #2 VPN ASG120 V7.101 it quits passing data randomly.  I have a trouble ticket with Astaro.  The V6.3?? box on the same internet connection as #2 ASG120 connects to the main just fine.  So I assume its some issue with 7.101.  It used to work and started getting flakey at some point 7.07 or greater... don't know exactly what version started dropping traffic.  Hope you get it working.  If you have maintenance, I'd put in a trouble ticket with Astaro.  They need to know how many of us are having issues with VPN.  VPN's on Ver 6.3?? never had issues.. these issues are new to V7.  Good Luck....

    I've not used X.509 certs between two Astaros for a site-to-site, but I recall that you have to import a cert from each one in order for them to trust each other; I just use RSA Keys... and this does work fine with 7.101 to 6.312 at one customer site I manage.
