VPN-Different User from the same IP

Hi.

Maybe this question asked before, but I couldn't find anything relevant.

I want one of my clients to be able to connect from another site (Wan) to a Server which placed in my DMZ in RDP.
So far - no problem.

Now, I have some other users from the same Sit (The same IP) which need to gain access to my Lan, and another person which should be able to have an access to another server in the DMZ.
Each one should see ONLY what he needs.

Is it possible, and what the simplest way to achieve it?
