L2TP and VoIP problems

Sorry if this isnt the right forum for this but i couldnt find one for this type. Ok heres the problem my WPPL sends all traffic but doesnt let my VoIP register. I can ping accross my network but still no registering of the phones. Wondering what could cause this. Any help would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks [:S]

    How does your network setup look like?

    What kind of VoIP Protocol and hardware are you using?
    did you check the logs if anything got blocked?
    WHich version of ASG are you using?
    WHat is the L2TP client that you are using?
