I upgraded to V7 two weeks ago and I got some questions.
Hopefully someone can give me some input on those topics:
* L2TP-VPN: When I add a group to the allowed user list and a member
of this group goes to the user portal and looks on the
L2TP VPN in remote access the user gets an error that
he does not have the rights for the page. It only works
when I add the user directly to the allowed users (not as a group)
I believe this is a bug. Not a big one since you only see the PSK anyways [:)]
* SSL-VPN: That was one of the features I was waiting for since V7 came out
since a lot of my guys are sitting in customer networks behind proxys and they can now access VPN. I tried to install the client on a Vista 64-Bit maschine and it failed (64-bit apparently not supported yet) any Idea when this will be in Astaro? LT2P works great on same box.
Any thoughts comments are greatly apprechiated.
