Hi,
I am new to this VPN through Astaro thing. I know how to download the SSL application client directly through the user portal on my Astaro firewall. But it seems when I download that zip file and send it to the person I want to have access to outside our network, after he installs the client software, it does not recognize his hardware (I assume because I downloaded it using my own windows workstation here locally which has a different MAC address, etc.).
There must be a way for him to get this SSL client directly from his (outside) office without me having to download it locally and sending the zip file to him in an email, isn't there?
