I have an off-site user running Vista Business 32-bit. They have full admin rights to the notebook they have been provided. They were using the client without any problem. The next morning, it would establish a connection to the ASG220, but then not be able to route.
If the user reinstalls the client, it works. After a disconnect, the same problem happens. Reinstalling client certs does not fix the problem, only a full reinstall. Also, if the user installs, does not connect, but reboots, the problem is back.
Astaro support has been looking into this, but I am starting to get a mad user. Anyone experience this? Astaro support tried telling me the client may not be fully Vista compatible, but they are checking into that to be sure.
Any help would be appreciated. If an alternate client is available too, I would be willing to try that.
