SSL client issue

SSL client seems to install but never gives a connect option.  I have uninstalled and re-installed.  rebooted and the like and I can't seem to find a reason why the SSL client doesn't appear to be fully installed.  When I right click on the icon all I get is Proxy settings and exit.  

I only have this on one machine so far.  Any ideas of what to look for?

    It lookes like the configuration file for OpenVPN is missing and the certificates. try to download just the settings from userportal. then extract these files to C:\Program Files\Astaro\Astaro SSL VPN Client\config or in your install dir.
