Translate VPN Pool to IP needed by domain

I got the ASG Remote Connection working fine as far as a log in goes.  I can log into my network from the road on my laptop as well as from my smart phone, but that is as far as I get.

How do I translate the VPN Pool IP I get assigned by ASG into something useable in my domain (192.168.16.x)?  Right now I can't connect with the file server or the mail server because without a 192.168.16.x connection, the remote computer can't find my internal DNS and therefore cannot find any of the computers.

    Did you specify your local DNS servers in the VPN setup on your ASG?

    The 10.x.x.x addresses used by the VPN tunnel endpoints will automatically route through to your Internal network, but a remote machine setup on a VPN connection is very similar to connecting a workstation on a LAN using automatic configuration, in that the remote machine effectively functions as a DHCP client. It need get not just its IP address and default router address from the host end, but also its DNS server addresses.
