SSL VPN Failure

Hello,

I am using ASL 7.003, and I am trying to make a VPN connection. I have already downloaded the software and certificates. I initiate the connection, and the connection is made but then it fails with this error message.

Can anyone please help me out on this one?

No help here, I get the same thing. It's got to be something simple. I have been messing with this for a week and have not gotten it to work. I am getting ready to travel and I want this to work. Someone please help!!

I noticed that Up2Date had a fix for SSL VPN connections with special characters. After I applied this update I was able to connect.

I manually uploaded the 7.004 update and it still does not authenticate. Any other ideas?
