L2TP over IPSec not working

Hi,

I try to connect from my home pc to the Astaro but it is not working. I followed all steps in the L2TP over IPSec guide, but I cant get it to work.

I enabled Debug Mode but I cant find the logfile. 
Where is the logfile of the L2TP VPN?
If I look under Logging -> View Logfiles, OpenVPN is empty, IPSec VPN does not show any of my connection tries. Where can I see the debug information?
