I have a ASG120 Appliance running 7.002
I followed the instructions for setting up the ssl VPN and the user portal.
The user portal is available inside but not outside.
To test the config I used the same list of allowed networks for the WEBADMIN and I can access that from outside.
If I download the client from the user portal when inside the network and then try to connect remotely it fails.
Interestingly the appliance logs do not show any outside access at all while the client is attempting to connect. The client logs show the connection as failed will retry in 5 seconds...
I don't see any indication that the attempt to access the user portal from outside is blocked either it just times out on the browser.
I'm using the auto rules setting for the ssl client.
Not sure if that is enough info to get an idea what's happening but any ideas welcome.
