udp port isakmp unreachable

Hi there my VPN is not replying to the remote host.

I keep on getting the following error

udp port isakmp unreachable

This is as well the output of the following command.

tcpdump -i eth2 host aaa.aaa.aaa.aaa

12:30:58.820700 IP aaa.aaa.aaa.aaa.isakmp > firewall.isakmp: isakmp: phase 1 I ident
12:30:58.821039 IP firewall > aaa.aaa.aaa.aaa: icmp 188: firewall.za.ispafrica.net udp port isakmp unreachable

Any ideas.
