VPN problem

When trying to connect to astaro 6.304 box I get;

Error 800

and of course I am unable to connect.

Microsoft documentation says that this error is caused by pre-2000 year routers. But our VPN was fine 2 weeks ago.

Can this be because of the 6.304 update ?

    Not to be rude, but if you expect help with this (which is why no one has replied yet), you need to define: 

    What type VPN? How is it configured, i.e,. X509 cert, PSK? 

    Where does 800 show up, what platform, what communication lines?
