VPN config suggestions please

I am trying to figure out how to do some security configurations for the following scenario.

I have 2 sets of VPN users
group A needs access to ONLY a specific terminal server and needs to be restricted to only be able to get to that box. (on a PIX I would have had a vpn network of 192.168.0.49/255.255.255.255 for that.)

Group B needs access to the complete internal network. (I can do this with the SSL vpn so far)

I would like to be able to have these be separate and have some additional logging for group A.

Any ideas?

Could you put them(VPN-users) in User-Groups?
Groups:
VPN_Internal and VPN_Terminal

Packet filter rules :
VPN_Internal->Any->Internal network
VPN_Terminal->RDP->Terminal Server
