"static" IPSEC: ASG 6.303 <--> W2003 Server?

Hello,

we need a VPN between our Astaro (6.303) and our Webserver (W2003). We tried using IPSEC (L2TP). This works. But if the connection breaks down it wont be established automatically.

Does anybody know how to do it?
