Astaro <--> Static IPSEC <--> Win2003 Server ?

Hello,

does anybody know how to build a static IPSEC VPN between a Windows 2003 Server and a Astaro v6.303?

If the IPSEC-VPN shuts down it should be re-established automatically.

Are there any tools to do this?
