Microsoft Vista vs. ASC

Hi all,
i install ASC 8.3 on Windows Vista. When i try to connect to remote network, the link was established but, if i try to connect to any service on remote network, that doesn't work. The ICMP doesn't work and in the statistic tab data tx and data rx was 0.
Any idea ?
