I do not know the other site. It is in the hands of a serviceprovider for automotive services.Are you by any chance using the same 192.168.0.0 network range for your LAN as the service provider is using in their end? If so, keep in mind that IP routing only works properly when the two networks being routed have different address ranges.
They have a supernatted internal network - 192.168.0.0 / 22
The range is from 192.168.0.x --> 192.168.3.x
The definition in the astaro on my site is: 192.168.0.0 / 22
I do not know wether it is correct. Perhabs it should be 192.168. / 22 ?
