Hi there i had a little Problem with an VPN. in need two kinds of VPN One from another Firewall to our ASG320 an one from an Draytek Router to our ASG320.
First i test the Draytek Router. But i get this picture (Screenshot). I don´t kow what is going wrong. Is there an easy way to test the VPN?
EDIT Is there an way to test the site to site VPN by myself. Is any Client availiable?
Thank you for your reply and the picture.
It appears there is no Remote Gateway defined, is this correct?
In your screenshot, there is the VPN Connection Name, the Status, the Connection Type, but the VPNId/Remote Gateway reads ':none:".
Please ensure you have selected the appropriate Remote Endpoint. This setting may be located by editing the Test_VPN connection and viewing "Endpoint Definition". The Local Endpoint has been defined as the External Interface of the Astaro. The Remote Endpoint needs to be the Remote Gateway.
If you have not done so already, you will need to create definitions for the remote connection's gateway and network. The gateway will be the public IP address of the remote connection. The network will be the remote network's internal IP range in CIDR notation.
Does the remote connection have a static public IP address? If not, you may want to consider creating a DynDNS account:
