IPSEC Sites with same subnet

How can you go about adding multiple remote sites with some with same network subnet. Is this possible? 

Example

Primary Subnet 
172.31.250.x
255.255.255.0

Remote Subnet's
192.168.84.0 /24
192.168.0.0   /24
10.0.0.0 /24
192.168.0.0 /24

I have two sites with same subnet but I cannot change the remote sites network structure but need to have a IPSEC tunnel going to these sites.  

How could you go about getting this to work? is it even possible?

    Only solution would be, to use a second gateway, and switch routing manualy. 

    One gateway with tunnel to site A with subnet 1.1.1.1 and one gateway with tunnel to site B with subnet 1.1.1.1. Thats the only way to solve, because a destination has to be unique in IP-Room.
