PPTP Problem after upgrade from ver5.211 to ver6.200

I have been running asl for a couple years now and everythng running fine, I upgraded from 5.211 to ver 6.200 and after I make a pptp connection I can't reach anywhere on my network or on the internet. I have tried installing a fresh ver 6 on a different machine and imported my backup file with the same problem.

Any ideas?

Do you have the Automatic Packet Filter option enabled? It could be that your proxies and packet filter rules aren't allowing traffic from the PPTP Pool (if that is how you box is setup).

Hei,
If it can help, I had a problem just after an update on 6.x version.
I had to put explicit rules to allow GRE protocol (IP, 47 in my memories) in and out.
After that it works.
