I have the following problem using IPSEC, until now all the tunnels are working fine, but from last week some tunnels appear to be down and today I cannot connect any of the IPSec VPN.
The log displays

Every Time a remote connection begins Phase I, the pluto daemon restarts and gives a killed by 11
