Road Warrior con refused because L2TP has same IP

ASL 5.211

2 different kind of IPSec  Connections from different places:
1 Windows L2TP over IPSEC
PSK, IP aus IPSEC Pool 192.168.32.0/24
Client Windows DFÜ
_
2 Road Warrior
X509 Cert, IP in Remote Key 192.168.33.x/32
Client ASC

Problem:
After Connection 1 is established with IP 192.168.32.2 and public IP xy, Connection 2 with public IP yy is refused. ASL says it is because IP xy has the internal IP 192.168.33.10 already in use.
Why has con 1 an IP 192.168.33.10 in use?

In the IPSec VPN Log I found nothing about IP 192.168.33.10 given to anyone alse.
The Client from Con 1 works proper with 192.168.32.2 and is pingable.
The 192.168.33.10 is not pingable.

How can I resolve the Problem? Please help me…

Chris
