ASC (NCP IPSec Client) and Panda AntiVirus

I have problems about ASC and Panda AntiVirus. 

Problem: 

if Panda is installed, ASC doesn't work.
if Panda is not present on the System, ASC works correctly. IPSEC connection is establishing...

Anybody knows if it works thogether ?  [:S]
