What VPN Clients

What VPN clients are people using with Astaro IPSEC? I need clients for OS X and Windows flavors. I know that Astaro has their own, but since the VPN is based on OpenVPN - are most of you leaning towards Astaro's, or towards something else?

    I didn't much like most of the clients out there.  Most of them didn't have what I needed , were a pain to use, or buggy.

    I eventually settled on Safenet Softremote which is allright.  It's a little complicated but so far, it has worked for everything I needed it too.  However, I don't know where ASC is at.  It might be better now then when I used it last.

    Hi,

    I am currently testing with ASC and Safenet SoftRemote LT.

    ASC is working.

    Safnet SoftRemoteLT: Important: in "Global policy Settings" you can activate "Specify Internal Network Address".

    Only then you can work with a "virtual IP".

    I would be grateful to find configuration examples that describe both sides: Firewall configuration AND client configuration.
    Especially I would be interested in configurations without virtual IP.
