i am trying to create a vpn connection to one of our customers. we are using the nortel vpn client.
the situation
vpn client -- asl --- internet -- vpn gateway (customer)
i have already opened port 500 udp from internal network to any and from any to internal. but after a few seconds the communication stops working. in the nortel knowledgebase i found the following information:

i think i have to open the nat traversal port. what port nummer astaro is using here?
the vpn connection works withut any problems over a isdn dial connection, so the astaro must be the problem.
