IPSec Service

any body knows while using secure client, the IPsec service should be started or no?

    It depends on your IPSec Client!
    If you use the ASC - the service can't be started - 
    If you use L2TP of windows XP the Service MUST be started!
    On the most IPSec Clients that i saw the service was diasbled after the installation.
