Roadwarrior can ping but can`t FTP or browse files

Hi,

I have setup a roadwarrior scenario. I can ping hosts behind  the internal network but I can not do anything else beside that. 

Tcpdump shows the SYN packets from the Roadwarrior to the Internal host when I FTP or browse shared files but no response from the internal host.

First try
Server ASL 5 
Client XP SP2 with Greenbow VPN client

Second try
Server ASL 6
Client XP SP2 with Safenet Sentinel
