I read that a lot of people have problems with l2tp connections over UMTS or GPRS cell phone connections...like me.
Unfortunately the reason was in most time a bit different than here, thats why I post again:
I'm using WinXP with L2TP dial-up connections with PSK.
The setup is working fine with DSL, also with NAT, so the NAT-T problem is not the reason here.
The connection is getting to our ASL 6.102, but in the logfile I get:
