VPN Client behind ASL to connect to non-astaro VPN

Hi,
our network is behind an Astaro 4 VPN. We have different other VPNs at other locations where LANCOM (ex-ELSA) VPN-Gateways are employed.
Our clients connect to one of these VPN connects w/o problems. To the other, the tunnel is established, but no traffic seems to go through (no ping, no dns, no nothing).
The weird thing: From yet another location, both VPNs are accessible and work w/o problems! Our client admin says all clients are configured identically.
So the problem is between the one Lancom Gateway and our network. Anyone has any idea as to what could be the problem?
One particular thing about our network: It uses public IPs (that do not belong to us) even though it is a private network - the public IPs are nat-ted and do not go on the internet, all traffic is through the ASL 4 which does the NAT.

I am experiancing exactly the same problem. The tunnel is established but no traffic (e.g. ping) will go through. Did you solve the problem since and can you give som advice on what to do?
If I leave the tunnel open for about 15 to 30 minutes it "repairs" itself and traffic suddenly goes through without a change. After a couple of hours the traffic gets stuck again.
I am using ASL 6.200 now and on my laptop a Lancom Advanced VPN CLient Version 1.11 Build 108. My Astaro has go a dynamic external IP and the Lancom router I want to connect to has got a fixed external IP. Behind the VPN both IP ranges are privat (192.168.1.x).
