I have the ASG's eth1 connected via PPPoE to my Bellsouth FastAccess DSL Modem.
I want to use one of my public IPs to host IPSec VPN, but I can't figure out how to do this since the ASG prevents me from assigning an additional IP interface to the PPPoE device.
I'm thinking the solution is something like DNATing the public IP i want to use to the external interface of the ASG, but then I'd have to SNAT the return traffic, and I think that would probably break the PPPoE connection. I don't really want to poke at it in an aggressive manner, since it's already in a prod environment. Can someone give me the straight answer i'm looking for?
