PPTP problem

I already follow the PPTP Roadwarrior How-to do all the setting. but the AS120 still not working! eveing have a connection error before the auth. username & password ! anyone know how to fix it ??? thx a lot !

    Are you trying to open the PPTP connection from the Internal network, or from outside?

    If you try from the Internal network, then there is no other equipment in the path between your workstation and the ASL box. You should test this first.
    If you try to connect via PPTP from outside of your network, then the local router at the remote site should have PPTP pass-through turned on. The subnet number used on the remote site must be different from your Internal network's subnet number. IP routing only works when the subnet numbers are different.

    PPTP protocol uses TCP port 1723 for authentication and control, and GRE protocol for the tunnel data payload. Both of them must connect for the tunnel to work.
