L2TP--NAT--Internet--NAT--ASL5

Hi,

I'm trying to establish this type of roadwarrior VPN connection with a winxp client and a ASL5 box:

WinXP(SP2)---(NAT)ASL6---Internet---router(NAT)---ASL5

If you read the article # 114154 of knowledgebase it seems not possible this type of configuration.
Is there a way in order to realize it?

hi!

as far is i remember there is a microsoft knowledgebase article about this. i think with making some changes in registry you can get this to work. but sorry, dont have any details now.

Hi,

the trouble is, that you have to use PSK, and this will give you some serios trouble with the Tunnel_ID if both ends are NATed.
