IPSec VPN with Vodafone umts card (Italy) problem

Hello,
I'm trying to make a IPSec vpn between ASL 5.203 and ASC 8.2 using Vodafone umts pc card. I'm in Italy.
I've configured a standard roadwarrior vpn using IKE PSK, but I got an error during phase 1.

Does anyone had the same problem and solved it ?

Did you enable Nat-Traversal (ipsec-advanced) ?

Yes.
NAST-Traversal is enabled.

I 've tried also an X.509 IPSec VPN, but doesn't works.

Here in Spain, Astaro v5.203 and Vodafone UMTS/GPRS card and IKE Phase 1 problem.

I've tried my VPN with a dial-up comnnections and it works.
The problem is related to Vodafone network or contract, that does not permit vpn connections.

I made VPN connection with windows VPN and Vodafone card but I cannot with ASC so I dont think its a problem with Vodafone, maybe an option with ASC.
