IPSEC ASL5 -- SonicWALL , conection lost

Hello,

We have now an IPSEC tunnel between an ASL 5.203 and a SonicWALL Firewall. The connection get lost two times a day and is not automatically reastablished. The IT guy with the SonicWALL do allways something that the tunnel comes up again. Is there a way to make it more stable?
We use 3DES_PSK.

    Hello,

    i know both, so please answer me some questions.
    1) What kind of internet access do you use (fixed ip´s?)
    2) What kind of encryption do you use ? 
    3) How long is the TTL for the packets?
    4) Show us your  logs ... maybe something interesting in it.
