IPsec VPN for local Wireless

Hi,
I'm TRYING to setup a IPsec VPN tunnel to access my network from my local wireless devices.

My ASL has 4 interfaces
1. External  xx.xx.xx.xx
2. Internal  10.1.1.2
3. Wireless  10.2.0.1
4. Private    192.168.0.1
I've attached a Wireless hub to interface #3

I have ASL DHCP running on Wireless
I'm trying to use L2TP-IPsec as desribed in the Roadwarrior manual.
I've setup the connection as follows:
MS Windows L2TP over IPSec   Wireless  Any

On the client side with a Wireless connection I setup a standard WinXP L2TP VPN pointed at the address 10.2.0.1.

I don't seem to get any response.

Process:
1. Connect to Wireless network
2. Acquire address on Wireless
3. Initiate L2TP-VPN towards ASL "Wireless" Interface

Am I missing something key?
The instructions seem simple enough...  but so is the effect... Nada.
