astaro secure client: DNS & subnets.

hi,

i've finally set up the latest secure client with latest version ASL. works fine!

but i still do have two problems, maybe somebody knows how to solve them:

- with ASC i'm using a fixes ip adress 192.168.3.240 in my local lan 192.168.3.0. astaro's dns proxy is listening at 192.168.3.1 for the whole subnet. i've specified this ip adress on ASC options - but it won't work. no resolve of dns. i also tried to use a other external dns - won't work either.

- connected with ASC to ASL using 192.168.3.240 i want to access the local mailserver in DMZ 192.168.4.3 - how to route this?

on my remote pc i've checked with ipconfig /all: DNS server is fine on vpn adapter, but there's no default gateway.... how to set this?

    I recommend to not use an IP address from the same subnet as virutal IP for your ASC.
    If the subnet on ASL is 192.168.3.0/24, do not use a virtual IP from that subnet. Use 192.168.50.1 or something like that as virtual IP.

    To reach another subnet, you have to create a second tunnel. Use the same settings. Just set another local subnet. If the subnet is behind a route, you additionally have to set a static route.

    i've set an virtual ip in both ASL and ASC. connection works fine, but ASC doesn't use a gateway. any ideas? :-( thanks!
