VoIP about VPN PPTP

Our external VPN-users wanted to use VoIP-phones connected to our CTI-System here in the office. So I try from VPN client to make a call to the CTI-SYstem (Artisoft Televantage V6), but I'm not able to get a cónnection. Inside the network it works fine, so It must be a Firewall problem. 
The problem seems to be that the RTP-packets can not reach the client. 
I made two packetfilter, where I opened all services from PPTP-pool to my internal Network and back. But I'm not able to build up a H323 connection. 
Has anybody some experience regarding such a problem ? Is any port closed inside the VPN PPTP ?

    unfortunately you didn't provide any version information. You should be at least on Astaro Security Linux version 5.102 with loaded  H.323 module. Plain telephony services shouldn't be a problem with your setup.
