need help with Netgear Pro Safe VPN Client ->ASL5.

hi all,
need help with Netgear Pro Safe VPN Client to ASL5.
The VPN connection is successful, but no Traffic goes through the tunnel.
The byte counter of IPSec tunnel does not increase (VPN Client). 

What can be?

    We had the same problem. Astaro had a Netgear HowTo in the works (I don't know if they released it yet); consult that if it is available.

    The problem in our case turned out to be that a setting on the Netgear (which intuitively sounded like it should be on) should have been off. You can post your Netgear settings if you like...

    What ever happened to the DNAT problem?

    PS: With DNAT I found still no solution. I wrote a Mail to
    Astaro Support and hope which i after the holidays an answer get.

    This is the client; we were working with an IPSEC tunnel on a Netgear firewall.

    In any case, I think we did not employ Perfect Forward Secrecy; Astaro also suggested 3DES to simplify matters (though Advanced Encryption should work...)

    On the DNAT, were you able to ping out from the box that you could not DNAT into?
