Transparent IP-Sec

I have the ip-sec server working  in ASL 5.100 for inbound ip-sec clients, but when I try to connect with the Sentinell client from the inside to another external ip-sec server it fails. I have a packet filter for IKE and also added a packet filter to allow ESP traffic from the inside to the outside. The diagnostics in Sentinell works fine but when I try to establish the connection it times out. I can't see any packet violation in the live log either. (Yes, the other ip-sec server is working...)

Any ideas?
