vpn connects system crashes

Hi all :
I am new to this great site I am facingvery searious problem while i am connecting my vpn client(Cisco 4.0.4). when I connects my system crahses and give message about dne2000.sys i am unable to overcome of this pleae help me              abhishek.choubey@ncdex.com
