L2TP client with IP address from internal subnet

Hello All,
I have ASL 5.012, and I have successfully configured L2TP.  My internal IP addresses are 192.168.11.0/24.  I would like the L2TP users to either:

a)  Get allocated and IP from the same range as the internal range (192.168.111.0/24)
b)  Get passed a route automatically so that once the VPN is connected, they can connect to addresses in the internal network, even though they've been allocated an address out of the IPSEC pool.

Behaviour A will mimic the behaviour of the firewall that we're replacing.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make this work?
