L2TP/IPSec tunnel... and now?

Hi everybody !!

I have ASl v5.0 as my vpn server with two nics.. One into DMZ and another into a protected network. The DMZ NIC has a default gateway.

I build a L2TP/IPsec tunnel into protected network but when i try to probe the connection with a ping only response the asl and myself... the others machines not... One is the DNS server and when i answer for a machine not receive a response....

Someone can help me?... 

The tunnel is working because the Connection manager of SoftRemote tells me that the paquets are secure transmited.

    EUREKA !!!! Its works !!!. Ok! The procedure:

    1.- Configure SoftRemote 9.2.1
    2.- Configure L2TP WinXP/2K client
    3.- Configure ASL v5.0 
    4.- CREATE A NAT to the interface DMZ !!!!!!
    5.- CONFIGURE PACKET FILTER to permit access to the apps in the DMZ

    And WORKS !!!!!!! IPSec/L2TP

    Missed the post...
    (I also find VPNs difficult to troubleshoot on this board since it requires so many entries which are difficult to convey; in your case you were lucky and it was something simple...)
