PPTP, IAS RADIUS and user passwords

I have my astaro v5.010 server setup to accept PPTP vpn connections using a stand alone Windows 2003 IAS server as RADIUS. It is working fine except when I expire the user password on the server. When this happens then the authentication fails and the PPTP connection is rejected. I would like to let the users change their own passwords and allow them to do it when the password expires on the Win 2003 server. Is this possible? How do others manage user passwords?

I thought there was an option that you could check in the ias profiels that would let a user change there own password.
