create vpn ipsec connction from home to office lan

hi everybody
like subject, i'm new user of astaro fw and i have to do
a connection from pc in home , with os XP , to my office lan with astaro fw.
i think i setting in like roadwarrioris..but i cannot understand how to do...please..someone from you expert and kind...tell me right steps..please HELP ME

    sorry, i've seen both docs, but..now..i don't understand differences and so i don't understand witch solutions is better for my problem..
    i understand that it's more easy implement a pptp connection that a vpn ipsec.... i have to do a connection with my home pc to my office lan..to control and to work from home..i' d like to use vnc viewer to see my servers..not more... for you, witch solutions is better?with a pptp connection..can i use tool like vnc to work in remote on my servers? my lan is a simple lan with one range of ip..with subnet 255.255.255.0
